My background in sales and marketing, combined with my in-depth knowledge of complex organizational changes, enables me to excel as a Human Capital Developer. I avoid the term 'coach' because of the multitude of connotations it carries. I prefer to focus on developing the inherent capacities and competencies of individuals and teams, regardless of the situation.

After a long career in Healthcare, I concluded my last six years as CEO of Siemens Healthcare BeLux. My objective was to transform the organization broadly and to install a culture of ownership and empowerment. Crucial to this transformation was a management team that fully embraced this new culture, which ultimately proved key to a successful transition.
